How does the 100 Day Warranty work?
You can return products to us without giving a reason within 100 days of the purchase. Of course, this also applies if you bought them during discount campaigns.
Simply email us at email@example.com with the order number to announce your return. You will receive the refund IMMEDIATELY upon receipt of the package.
Make sure that the product is unused and sent in the original packaging.
How do I send the product back?
A return is easy. Make sure that your return is sent to the correct address. You can find this in step 1 of the following instructions.
The credit will be issued within 24 hours after we have received your package.
- Pack the items and label the package
Put the items in the package and tape it securely. Write down your address (sender) and our following return address (recipient) clearly legible on the package.

- Submit return
You can drop off the package at DHL, DPD, Hermes and GLS parcel shops and packaging stations. Simply book a cheap shipping label with tracking on site. Please keep the return receipt issued as proof.
- Get a refund
Check the shipment tracking to see if we have received your return. From that moment, it only takes 24 hours to credit the order.
